The hotel has a nice pool with a children section. A comfortable sunbathing area is near the pool. Access to the ocean is available. The staff are cute and friendly. I found them helpful.
The food was very disappointing. I think there's so much potential with the ingredients in the area. The rooms seemed clean but were very stuffy. I noticed they were also dusty.

the breakfast buffet had a decent variety, acceptable.
my room door kept jamming (it was a known problem, apparently). i had to call for assistance every time i wanted to enter or exit. it became quite irritating, and the hotel did not seem to address this issue promptly. additionally, the noise from the street was quite loud. it disrupted my sleep, especially since my room overlooked the main road.

The room was spacious and super clean. I appreciated that the staff pulled out chairs each day at breakfast.
It was hard to open the door and I always had to fight with it. A card key would be a great improvement. The shower door was stuck and could not close properly.

My room was very spacious and super clean. The hotel staff is friendly. They are professional. They were always helpful . I really appreciated that the staff always pulled out chairs for us at breakfast. The ocean view was amazing even without a beach. The reception and restaurant crew were helpful.
The hallways did not have A/C , and the smell was not fresh.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options , including fresh fruit and local pastries. I enjoyed trying the butter chicken at one of the restaurants. The dining areas were clean and well-kept.

The pool area provided a relaxing space with plenty of sun loungers available. Although there wasn't direct beach access from the hotel , the ocean views compensated. The hotel offered taxi services for easy access to nearby Stone Town.

The hotel is a short drive from Stone Town and the airport . This location is suitable for arriving late or touring Stone Town. It is easily accessible , allowing convenient travel to and from key destinations.
